Respected Sir/Madam,

I applied for the passport on 29th Jul under Tatkal. The Acknowledgement says the despatch date as 5th Aug. The passport status summary says, "Passport was ready on 05-08" since a month from now.

When we went to Regional Passport for status enquiry, the enquiry staff has not been responsive. The passport status is last updated on 11-08- 2011.

Police verification also completed. Even I have sent SMS and also tried calling to the numbers provided in the official website but there are no respoaznses. Please help me.

Hence, request to resolve this issue at the earliest.
