after i send the 710 pounds they collecting me again 710 pounds,

i borrowed this money only to my neighbor, sir i dont how to pay i dont have enough big source of income to pay this amount, im presently residing her in Philippines please sir help me bring back my money, im trying to contact and email this fake immigartion they no longer reply,
