Fraud Company with a fraud product - Tortilla Roti Make

Hi,

We had bought a roti maker 3 weeks back for Rs 2200/- in Hyderabad from Basic Associates Gun Foundry, and its turning out to be the worst mistake we have done lately. From the start your Customer Casre / Service executives in Hyderabad have caused a lot of anguish for us.

After we bought the equipment, on the first day the plastic handle cracked which was due to a misalignment of the Handle assembly, we contacted your customer service and an executive came to our place after making us wait on a weekend for more than 3 hours from the scheduled time he had said he will come. He disnt have any tools to repair and finally i had to provide him with the tools as well as guidance as to how the handle has to be replaced, the spare handle he had brought also turned out to be defective with the alignment at the joint being bent. Finally he gave us the spare tortilla maker he was carrying. Now this spare one which he gave had scratches on the heating surface, we called Customer service last week and they assured us it will be replaced, and every day they said that tomorrow we will send, then they came with the story that the die plant at the factory had some problems and they will send a replacement on saturday at 11:00 am.

When we called at 11:00 am on saturday first they said he will come at 12:30 then 1:30 and then finally at 2:30 they said they cannot replace even without anyone coming and seeing the equipment.
