Complaint for Basic Phone (0120-2786037)

i have install new connection of wireless basic phone 30 jan'08 but i am facing problem in connectivity from last 2-3 days when i am trying to call any number it giving msg that NO SERVICE AREA, and nor receiving any incoming call even when i trying to cotact the SDO telephone number 01202118855 it is no responding. I am really surprised about the servicing BSNL providing to the customers even private operator who are using the setup of BSNL providing better service

If i am unable to get proper service then i will not pay any amount of this service.
