FRAUD TSHIRT SELLING Co

I had ordered few Tshirts from Mr Kalyan - owner of Basil Apparels as per his quotation. I gave him 100% advance cheque for the same on June 22nd for Express delivery of the Tshirts with our Company Logo on it.

Although he was to deliver the goods to us on 5th July, he never delivered. He kept giving one excuse or the other and soon started avoiding my phone calls. I have logs of all communication with him. He even promised to refund my money and said he will deposit the money in my account on August but he failed to do even that. I think he is running a fraudulent organization and duping innocent customers

We were promised that we will get the Tshirts before 5th July since we had an Exhibition in which our company employees were supposed to wear them.

Sadly, since Mr Kalyan from Basil Apparels refused to answer our phones and kept giving vague reasons even on the day of our exhibition - we were forced to withdraw from an important exhibition
