Hazardous Metal Piece in Curd Rice

Found a razor sharp metal piece in Curd Rice. If consumed, it would cut through the throat leading to internal bleeding and eventual death. If this had been consumed by a child, the child would have internally bled to death. I have the metal piece photographs taken from mobile and eye-witnesses too. When we asked for the receipt, he refused to give us the bill. I carry the metal piece everyday with me reminding me of the irresponsible hospitality of the state. The owner Mr. Pradeep did not show concern over this incident because when he was contacted, he was away on a holiday and did not even bother to visit his restaurant.
