Non Delievry of Gas

Dear Sir

My consumer number is 700649 in the name of RajinderPal. My dealership name is Bathinda Gas Service, located at Power House Road Bathinda. We already booked our cylinder on 09-02 for home delievery. Today its 14th March. We already try to contact on their customer care number, its been almost more than 10 days everytime number stays busy. Its totally rediculuos.

From last 7 days we are running out of gas. I really would like to talk to one of the Manager or GM of the company who can explain the matter why they have rediculuos service, if they can't provide the service on time.

As a customer i am totally frustrated and sick and tired from customer care attitude.

I guess nobody cares about customer's until someone complaints. Please suggest us if there is any other solution so we can get cyclinder as soon as we can.
