Service failure with delivery of wrong items

I have bought bathroom enclosures with shwer panels, sofa set and lot of household items worth rs 3 lakhs from Home town. They presented them selves with great promises on on time delivery and excellent service later on. But the fact remains, they are worst. as for eg

Bathroom enclosure were installed wrongly with wrong delivery of handles. When i came to know from their service guy that it has installed wrong and the proper handle is not delivered so what could i expect from service. I already complained to their customer department. If it is not solved I will go to consumer court. And I asked all who suffered lets join hand and move to court.

Now that I have discovered it, I would warn every body to shy away from HOME TOWN.
