Unwanted SMS

I have repeatedly called Customer care service for DR. Batra to unregister my mobile number for sending promotional SMS.But despite customer service confirming that my mobile number is unregistered i am still getting sms. This is just ridiculous. What should be my next plan of action to get rid of the nonsense..
