Bad behaviour and duplicate thing

Dear sir,

I have purchased 5 inverters from a shop of inverter. he gave me 5 inverter but they are not working properly then i ask for the same to shopkeeper and he is agree to replace them. Next day i go to his shop to replace the inverter's and that time he gave me only two replacement inverter and he promise me that after two days he will gave me rest three inverters but now I am regularly call his number but he dont pickup my call and if i go to his shop the he is not available there too so please sir kindly help me...
