Dear team,

I have purchase 2 battery on dated 13.2.09 at saharanpur up.

1 battery model ILT-18000, serial no. 356031

2 battery model ILT-18000, serial no. 356160

Dealer name - shiva elcetricals, saharanpur

i have been so many complaint to dealer but no response, now i have complanit on toll free no complaint no is UL42986 and so many reminder but no action by the company.

pls do the needful
