Bausch & lomb contact lens

Last month i bought bausch & lomb lens and one of them was found to be defected as the vision was not clear..when i contacted the doctor (dealer) he took no responsibility of it and blamed the company for the defect... its a matter of 1000rs... i want some action to be taken against this!!
