Non delivery and blacking of h.p. refill

Sir,

I had booked H.P. Gas refill from Bawana Gas Agency on 03.02.09 my consumers No. is 605236 but till date as on 18.2.09 I have not received the H.P. Cylender at my home. They refused to give me my booking Nomber. Also, I am continusly trying dealers phone no. for enquiry but nobody is responding the same. Every time I received late delivery from this Agency.

The delivery may nemely Sh. black the cylender in Rs. 500 to hotels and dhabas. The employees of the Agency trubling consumers by creating shortage. Such dealers licence should be cancelled.

Pls. take action immediately,
