Bazaz alianz
Against loan of lenevo laptop

I purchase a lenevo y410 sereis (42eq) laptop from asansol and bazaz alianz finance company arrange me the amount of laptop which was 41600 rs (forty one thousands six hundred).

For this i paid my all document and 13000 down payment. But the company does not give me any Reciep of my those purchasing. Although i paid my oringnal receipt of my laptop to Bazaz alianz.

I purchase this product on feb. I forget about the reciept and i gave my installment month after month at right time. But the problem started from 11th months of purchasing. Bcoz my dvd drive is not working properly in my laptop to this i send my laptop to service centre and few days later company refuse serviced that laptop in the absence of Purchase Receipt. and my warranty is void for this i complain to bazaz alianz via phone.so that i stoped the installment.and after five month company tell me that they are giving complain against me in court.

and i also want to complain against this company. Please suggest me how can i do this bcoz i face too much problem.

and i have not a single document of my laptop whatever it is purchase on what date.
