No Service after paying money and no reply from officials

Dear All.

I am harsh vardhan from Rajkot (Metoda) GIDC, We have paid amount for BSNL Broadband service, but we are sorry to inform that BSNL Service is really very bad and this is matter of great concern that when are complaining for the above matter to the official named Mr. K.P Mehta and Mr Vaishnao, They are not replying properly and infact they shout at us for when we complain for above subject matter.

We dont know when this system will change and customers will be satisfied with the service when they are paying regularly, Please we request to look in this matter and we hope that our voice will reach to the ears who can do something for this matter. As when we rely on government service this is the same problem in every departments, and top official behave in rude manner to customers in democracy and democratic india.
