Stray dog menace and garbage dumping in vacant site

Sir,

A few vacant sites in my area is not fenced, thereby garbage is being dumped there. Also stray dogs feed on these garbage. This dumping of garbage has resulted in Foul smell and breeding of musquitos. The BBMP has not turned up inspite of complaint (no 2469 a fortnight ago) pls help. Is the BBMP waiting for a few dengue cases and fatal dog bites on the school kids (Ayyappa schcool near by). I wonder how only areas and streets resided by MLAs and other so called VIPs are free of stray dogs and maintained well??? In case the BBMP is listneing pls make a visit to my area, 2nd cross, pipe line road, santoshnagar, T dasarahalli, bangalore-57.
