Bribe for SAS tax collection

Dear Sirs,

Though BBMP has made an excellent system of property tax collection and computerisation of records, the ward office clerks/inspectors demand bribe when we approach them to pay property tax. Yesterday, I had visited ward office at Sahakarnagar, Bangalore to pay taxes for 80 unsold flats situated at "Shree Prakriti" on thindlu main road, Kodigehalli, Bangalore North and the staff of ward office Mr. Vijayshekhar (his mobile no.9901989369) is demanding Rs.200/- per flat to issue receipts for the cheques. Will BBMP Commissioner take some action so that we can pay taxes before the due date.
