Proper Roads in Koramangala

Its very bad to see BBMP again & again doing the same mistake of laying the roads with out proper foundation. Will any one look into this issue any time? Its been noticed everytime they Lay roads on the same road with out proper removal of the older roads... We dont see any co-operation from other departments in the Government... after laying a New road there will be some or the other administration will make a hole to either lay some drinage stuff or electricity or water supply... Will any one co-ordinate all this... i dont think its so difficult to manage this... or is the Government willing doing this...

If any one feels responsible... better initiate this...
