Garbage disposal expensive in K.R.Puram compared to other areas

In K.R.Puram, near Basavanapura Main Road, (Land mark, near Amarjyothi public school) Garbage Collection vehicles have been distributed to certain people about 5 years ago. But the people who collect garbage are charging Rs.30/- per house per month. If we question them, they say that they dont have any contractor and they are only the owners of that garbage collection vehicles. As far as I have seen in areas like Mahalakshmi Layout, C.V.Raman Nagar, Kaggadasapura etc., they charge only Rs.10/- per house per month which all classes of the society (upper, middle & lower class groups) are able to afford it. But here in K.R.puram only 30% of the people who can afford it are using the garbage collection vehicles and the other 70% people are disposing in the concrete bins placed on the road side. Due to these bins the people in surrounding houses are facing lot of problems. Kindly take necessary action at the earliest.
