Bbservice.bsnl.in not opening
Withdraw complaint

I made a complaint about bbservice.bsnl.in not opening. Later I found the solution also and wish to share with all concerned.

First open BSNL site. Then select BSNL unit (state/ territory)

Then search for BSNL Broad Band button and click. Then select check usage. DO NOT FILLUP DATAONE cols. Go down and select Usage Detail Portal. There fillup Portal ID and Password and submit. You will get your BB usage details.

I regret for registering a complaint without trying all options.
