Excess usage charges

We have received bill dated 06-07 for the month of june in which amount of rupees 1587 shown as bbusage which is too much excess. I have examine bbusage on net. It was found that on 29th and 30th june most of usage occured. I would like to inform you that I have used bb service not more than 1 GB. because I always run with bandwidth meter when I am using net.

So, please revise my bill and credit rupees 1587 which is excess charged by you. You can also check my previous month usage. You will find that I have never used net more than 1 GB. my phone no. is 07927432803
