An amount of Rs40000 is deducted extra from my account

Hi,

I am Chandrashekar T, holding an account in SBI Electronicity Branch Bangalore. My account no is 10842849973.

On 15/sept/08 i have made a two transactions of Rs20000 each.

But i observed four transactions of Rs20000 each when i took mini statement. This transactions is being made in SBM Ramanagaram. So there is an amount of extra Rs 40000 got deducted from my account.

Regarding this i have given complaint to my branch office which is in Electronicity Bangalore. They have escalated the same issue to SBM Ramanagaram. The feed back was that all the four transactions were successfull... Then my parent branch people are telling that the same issue is escalated to the SWITCH centre.

I have launched this complaint on 17/sept/08.

So far they have not given any valuable feedback...

The interesting point to be noted here is "As per the bank rule we can not withdrawn an amount more than Rs40000 per day from ATM". But as per the mini statement i have withdrawn Rs80000 from my account, which is absolutely impossible.

They have deducted Rs 40000 extra from my account...

I kindly request please look into this details and do the needful at the earliest.
