Worst Service, False Promises, No repayment

This all started in August. I called up their sales representative, Naveen from Himayatnagar dealer office, for a unlimited broadband connection. i mentioned that i needed that to install a Voip phone, as well as to browse the net. At that time he accepted to all these terms, and immediately collected money on August 25th. receipt no. 59664

But then, as usual, didnt keep his promise. During 1st week of Sep, he returned back, saying we cannot install a Voip phone, and need to change to a costlier tarrif plan. for which, we completely refused, and asked for our money back.

Have made numerous calls to their call centre no. on 66259273, and they only reply back saying they will ask their representatives to call me back. while, when i call Naveen, the only reply he gives is that the cheque is dispatched or he will call me back. He doesnt answer calls post 5pm, and importantly, never gives me any other landline/office number or address.

Is this the way to mislead customers? If this customer service? Will I be able to get justice in this regard?
