SECOND HAND AND FAULTY TV GIVEN

I had purchased a 14 inches TV from Reliance digital vashi on 17/10/08.After bringing the TV to my residence i got cable connection connected to it. But to my surprise it didn't work. I called up the cable guy to confirm, he came with his frequency detector and said that everything was okay from his end and i was suggested to check the TV.I called up reliance digital customer care, who sent a technician to check it out. The technician after checking confirmed that the tuner of the TV is not working. When i checked the TV thoroughly from outside i found a reliance job sheet stuck to it, stating the TV was repaired on 08/10/08 for Picture problem at reliance digital. I was very shocked to see this, as i was given a second hand repaired TV at the cost of new one. Now when i have requested to change it they say they dont know how days will take to change it. They are not responding properly.
