PF not transferred, inspite of several reminders

Subject: PF amount received by transfer is not correct.

Dear Sir,

This has reference to PF SUB REGIONAL OFFICE, TIRUNENVELI, TAMIL NADU-627007.

BECHTEL INDIA PVT LIMITED (My present employer) sent request to above mentioned TIRUNENVELI PF office to transfer my PF balance to their account.

I have received a letter no.29014545/cashTNY17/89/777/R L NO. 10399 DATED 26.06.2009.The PF amount sent by them only 102374/-.

However when I joined Sterlite Industries Limited in Feb-07, my previous employer (HINDALCO, Renukoot) sent aprox Rs 261544/-.I have received confirmation on mail from Sterlite Industries that PF office received previous amount.

In earlier mails I have confirmation from Sterlite Industries on Behalf of PF office (see below mails) that PF from my previous company is transferred.

Dear Mr Soni,

We have received a copy of the letter sent to the PF office, Tirunelveli by M/s Hindalco Employees PF Institution two days back. It is mentioned in the letter that a sum of Rs. 242178/ is sent in the form of cheque as transfer of PF account to be credied in your current PF account No. TN / 29893 / 2374.

We have received a copy of the letter addressed to the Regional PF Commissioner, Tirunelveli by M/s Hindalco EPF Institution, saying that a sum of Rs. 19366/ has been sent to them in the form of cheque towards transfer of your PF account. This is for your information.
