Enrolment in voter list

Non receipt of voter ID

We (myself & my wife) are staying in New Panvel, Dist. Raigad (Maharashtra) for 16 years. I have tried to enrol ourself in voter list from Panvel Constituency number of times but I still have no ID, not our name appears in the voter list.

Again on 12th June'09 tried to submit FORM 6 after filling all necessary details in the pescribed FORM 6, but at counter in Mahatma School, New Panvel, officer denied to accept it and asked to get letter from our native or else, mentioning that our name is not in voter list any where.

When we are giving declaration in the form at Sl. no. IV, still it is not fulfill the requirements.

How we can get enrolled in the voter list and get voter ID?
