Fee has been increase in the middle of year

Our fee has been increase in the middle of year again. At the time of admission we have paid Rs37050 instead 29900Rs (RS 29000 IS the fee in govt. book for our college) but at that time too our college has put forward the same reason that fee has been increased. After a detail enquiry we come to no that oour college send praposal that College's expense is increased so college wants to increase fee to Shikshan Shulka Vibhag, Mumbai. Now college is demanding 1920Rs as increased ammount of fee. Please give us guindence before registering the complaint.
