Rectified NOC not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

Since the loan of my car Maruti Versa - MH01MA327 had been completely paid off, your bank had sent us a No Objection Certificate dated June 17, which had to be given to RTO. But the Car Registration on the letter was wrongly mentioned as MH01MA527 instead of MH01MA327. We had brought it to the notice of your Car Loan department at Mahalaxmi and given an application for a new No Objection Certificate on 1st September. I was assured of a reply by courier with a rectified copy within a week. But till date ie 11.12.2008 I haven't received any copy. Your so called centre executives have no idea of any details. Would request your immediate action & reply.
