Verification code not getting from bank

I hold one prepaid bsnl mobile in bangalore (9482013645). I updated this number for my net banking for my SBI account. I am not getting any SMS to this mobile (I was getting it correctly in my previous AIRTEL mobile).

My problems are,

Verification code not getting as SMS from STATE BANK OF INDIA

Verification code not getting from www.indyarocks.com

Verification code not getting from yahoomessenger

Verfication code not getting from www.google.com

I called the customer care several times, but those people simply says problem is with the other service providers (how all service providers show the same problem?).

It is clear that problem is with BSNL only and they are not accepting it, and if they won't accept it and look into it, how my problem will be solved.
