Not shortlisted for the engineer trainee

Sir,

I have applied for the post of engineer trainee in BEML INDIA LTD. I have fulfilled the criteria for marks as min. marks should be 70 %. I have 89 % marks in B.TECH (MECH). Till now, I did not get admit card, as i have not shortlisted as declared by company. Examination will be on 6th sep. 2009.

I had talked with company, But they did not reply the actual cause and said all subject is mentioned earlier and there are various criteria as not mentioned in anvertisement.

So, I would like to know reason for not shotlisted and I DO COMPLAIN AGAINST COMPANY.My registration no is given below.
