Incometax refunds not received for FY 2009

Sir,

I have not received my Income Tax Refunds For FY 2009 which is of amount 2860.00 INR . I had filed my income tax at Bangalore Ward No. 13 (3). Earlier on filing return for the year 2008 at the same place i have received a sum of 1290.00 INR vide Income Tax Refund Advice No. CMP2691512, Dated 05-03.

Hence kindly help me to get my refunds for the FY 2009 on time.
