Bench Mark Infotech Sony Service Centre
False Comitment by the staff for the delivery of the music system

We had given a Music system for repair on 12th Jan to Bench Mark Infotech which is the Authorised Service Center for Sony Located in Ganga Nagar. The complaint was about the CD tray which kept on coming out due to fault in the belt. The same has still not been returned till today.when ever we call they say that we will deliver it today evening but no one turns up. Once when my father went to pick up the system the executive switched it on and there was no sound at all. Till date we have not received the system but have got answers like you will get it today evening.

Sony as a brand is good but with such a bad service no body will by it.

Some strict action should be taken against benchmark infotect.
