SPAM mail for fake HSE jobs

I have received at 'spr.india at rediffmail com' the below offer from Benco Drilling Ltd. I cann't find any info on them other than a web site. Now asking for money to obtain National Insurance Number. Has anyone else heard from them? I got 2 mails From: info@benco-drilling.com Sent: Sat 11/06/09 14:01am - Stating- I am pleased to confirm that the board of directors of this Company, on the recommendation of its nomination committee, has appointed you as a SENIOR drilling HSE Manager... i may be contacted at spr.india at rediffmail.com.
