Special offer not able to claim

I have purchased a Bentetton watch and UB mens wallet and Belt vide invoice number 0RA090007876 and the same is delivered. But when i want to claim my specail offer using the unique number in the invoice on the www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm site it gives me the error that the details entered are incorrect. When i contacted the helpline they are useless and giving some funny reasons like website is under maintanence, the unique number has to be activated etc.

Expect to resolve asap and avoid any further legal action from my side
