About Plying Of City Bus

Dear Sir,

I had boarded a city bus from corporation bus stop to K.R Puram bus stop. The conductor gave me a ticket of Rs 14.00. when asked he said that it is a without pass, and he said it is AIR SUSPENSION VEHICLE. But there was no such feelings of air suspension of that vehicle and also small fans fitted to the above side of the window which was not working when forcefully asked the conductor to put on the fans. When the conductor was asked about the extra charges, he said to contact the Depot Manager.

Now iam asking the authorities if he is elligeble to ask Rs 14.00 for the trip, he should be able and educated about the quirres asked by the passengers.

If this is the facility given for the charges of rs 14.00 instead of Rs 10.00 in an ordinary city bus, i feel that there is a mismanagement in plying the buses and the charges which are levied on the public which is nothing but looting the public. Therefore it is here by requested that to look into the matter, either to educate the person (conductor) to answer the quries on the spot, or a display of the extra charges levied on the public inside the city bus.
