Good Homes Magazin and a magppie bar set not recieved till date

Sir,

In Dec i had paid two cheques in favour of Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd., The times of India Building, Dr D N Road, Mumbai 400 001for an Annual subscription for two magazines... Femina & Goood Homes. At the time of the booking I was also offered a magppie bar set as aFree Gift.

Till date i havent recieved a single issue of the Good Homes and the free gift too.

It is sad to state that the company has fraudelent executives who have no answers to the queries of the consumer.

I have been constantly trying to get hold of somebody who is answerable but have failed.

Mr Abhishek (99586980090) from times of india office has failed to solve my problem.

I would want immediate action to be taken by the concerned personnel and expect that the company doesn't sit over the money paid in form of cheques six month back.
