Company refuse to honour 3 year warrenty

I have brought a TFT Moniter in the month of July under 3 yr warrenty, but when i have got problam in moniter then company said that they cover warrenty for 3 yr from mfg.

My Moniter is Imported in india by Benq in the month of feb as it is mentioned in the outer box. It is cheating with customer by offering 3 yr warrenty on the date of purchase.
