I had placed an order of Berg Electric Tandoor through Tata Sky Offer of AVA Merchandising on 2nd August order no. CC13, despite a delivery commitment of 14 days, recieved the product on 24th August through Elbee Courier.

On opening the product it was found that the product was damaged, both handles were broken. I had registered a complint on the same day with a commitment from the customer care executive that the product would be picked up within 7 days and a new product would be delivered within the next 7 days. Till date the damaged product has not been picked up and the customer care executive are only giving false commitments to me, and most impotantly for the last few days i have been trying to call the 2 no.'s available to me but despite rings no one is picking up the phone, the no.'s available with me are 0124 4769800 and 011 47169800.

One more thing that is surprising is that a company like Tata who focusses only on customer satisfaction is associating itself with companies like AVA who in return are misguiding its customers.

I would request you to please help me to get my product replaced and sort out the issue at the earliest.
