Complaint about low quality of Berger Paint

I have mailed this text to consumerfeedback@bergerindia.com But no response till now

Dear sir,

Here I want to inform you that I painted my house with Berger paints last year. I

purchased only Berger paints worth Rs. 60000 from M/s krishan paints, Delhi road

, sonepat haryana-131001.I used Rangoli Easy Clean, Rangoli Super Acrylic Emulsion

to paint my house. But only after 6 months some part of my house painted with

Rangoli Easy Clean, Rangoli Super Acrylic Emulsion and weather coat destroyed

.When I complained about it to M/s Krishan paints, he visited my house in march of

this year but did not give satisfactory answer. He gave The contact number of Mr.

Rajiv a berger paint Representative from haryana. I called many times to Mr. Rajiv

9416172659 from my mobile 9254051576 (I can produce call details of communication). This person totally misguided me as every time he told that the

Berger representative will visit my house within 1-2 days. I have spent 4 months

waiting for the person to inspect my house but no one has turned up till now.

What is the benefit to paint Berger if such type of quality supplied that spoil

the name of Berger.

As no Customer would like to be treated like that, this is going to create a bad

name for the company in the market space. I therefore request you to look into the

matter and take necessary actions other wise I have to go to consumer forum for

the solution.
