Non Saleout old car- Maruti 800 under exchange offer as agreed

Dear Sir,

My Old car Maruti-800 was not saleout under your exchage offer at the time when i purchased of new car A * on dated 07Th June. Actually the true valuer qouted the rate of old car is Rs 50000/- when they have seen the car but i am not agrred on Rs 50000/- at that time i insist them for Rs 60000/- at last we mutually agreed on Rs 65000/- (Rs 50000/- Rs15000/- under exchage offer).

But now they have withdrawn from their commitment, Just beacuse the Plate is not fixed which contain chassis & engine no. Actually when i had brought this car from dealer, it was told by dealer taht teh shell had been replaced by maruti because it got demaged in accident. At that time no plate was fixed.

At the time of transfer of RC to my father's name (Sh Prem Das Kainth) new chassis no & Old engine no had been mentioned.

Now My request is that if this plate is very essential then Maruti should have provided. This clearly show taht we are not at fault.

2. Berkerlay True value officer challeged State Transport Authority for issue a RC with new chassis no..

Due to that we have to arrange of Rs 65000/- extra at the time of purchase a new car that is overburden for me & is totaly not accetable to me.

This is very very bitter experience for me when i brought a new car, Pl look into the matter seriously & sort this issue asap & sale my old car as earliest as possible.
