No Power in AECS Layout, banaglore for 20 hrs

On 30-May due to heavy rain tree has fallen down on electric wires. From then, no power in AECS layout. It was almost 20 hrs without power. Bescom staff does not respond properly on phone. Very frequent power cuts daily. It is runing the professional and personal lives of the people. BESOM is not bothered about the problems faced by people. They are so negligent about the compalints and doing the work very slow at their own pace. Please consider our complaints and reduce the power cuts.
