Power cut

As I had to travel to the US on a six month month visit in august I had opted for ECS payment of my electricity bill through State Bank of India, RBI Layout, JP Nagar, Bangalore. The SBI did not honour the bills. Since I was already in US I did not know what to do. But BESCOM cut off my power connection. I then had the bills paid through a relative and am not in arrears. But for some unknown reason BESCOM has not restored my power connection. They did it for a brief period but again cut my connection. My RR no is: MS6SH43619 and Sub-division is S-6.Will the BESCOM Chairman or any other higher ups look into my complaint and have my power connection restored.
