Electrical Bill is not provided and asking BRIBE

Hi Sir,

In New Byappanahalli 2nd cross, BESCOM people are not distributing the electrical bill properly.

Inspite of this they are trying to Disconnect the power supply and asking Bribe.

Intentionally they are not giving the BILL and next month they are coming and asking MONEY.

This is horrible, please let me know how to avoid this.
