Power Cuts

Dear Sir,

We have recently shifted to our own house at Nelemangal, Bhaktanpalaya some two months ago, but from the day one we are facing problem of power cuts almost every hour. My father is diabatic and he take insulin three times in a day and other medicie of his which needs to preserved in the refrigerator which gets spoiled often and he needs to buy them again and again, which ofcourse is very expensive.

Secondly even in the nights when other lanes are having power, there is power fluctuation in our lane why?

Kindly look into this PLEASE I realy hope you will understand this and take necessary action
