Daily disruption of supply for more than 10Hrs

Disruption of electricity supply in this part of the city (Jakkur, Bangalore) has become a daily affair for last 3 months or so. Very often the supply gets disrupted for more than 12Hrs a day and that too during daytime. Nobody is bothered about it as riches are buying UPS but nobody cares about the fate of common people. Please look into this matter as BESCOM is providing the worst service I've ever seen.
