Difficulty in Walking on footpath

This is regarding the unauthorised (?) connection given to a phone booth for physically handicapped person on "Bannerghatta Road" next to "Belikahalli Bus Stop". The live electical wire is dangling dangerously on the footpath and has been like that for the last 4 months. I am sure this is will kill somebody one day. The person who owns this is so arrogant that you cannot even talk to him.

Can the concerned authorities take some action on this?
