No Power supply and irregular supply

I am living in Munneshwara layout munnekolal, marathahalli. Since last 4 days there is severe power shortage and whole whole day there is no Power. every time when we call on 08022287118 they are saying that it will be resolved with in half an hour, or they give some higher authority number like 9449844667/944984468. out of which one number is from Bull Temple Officer.

So its requested to bescom that please take this issue seriously and resolve this Problem as soon as possible.
