Rash driving by bus drive

Hi i would like to bring it to your notice that the bus driver of bus route no. 66 registration no. MH01 L 8061 was driving very rashly on the evening (6.30) of 23rd may.

The incident took place at byculla (E) by the s-bridge

.He swayed the bus from left to right endangering the lives of the following vehiclists and motorists. He also once crossed over to the other side of the road to overtake a vehicle

i dont know how to approach best regarding this complaint and so i forward this to you hoping that the irresponsible driver would be taken to task.
