This is manoj thackeray I am staying at andheri. I had travelled at best bus no is MH-01 L-9871 route no 332 from andheri to kurla. Before getting inside the door step that useless conductor had ranged the bell & that useless driver should know people r getting inside he should stop but he had not stopped I had fall down & with me 2 more people fall down. Pl take the action Immidiately otherwise I will give the complaint to any political person. Pl take the action immidiately.
