Bus didn't stop on the bus stop

I was heading towards Bhandup sonapur on a bike, it was around 6: 30pm on 19th April and thats when i saw a bus driver did'nt halted the bus on Bhandup Police station stop even when there was enough space for passangers to get in and one old man who was trying to board in the bus fell down and was hurted badly and the bus driver didn't even bothered to stop and see what happened. Instead he was running to get the signal. the bus no. was 27 and the code no was 2337 WR coming from worli depot.

This is just not the way they should treat passengers. we pay for our journey and he is not taking us free of cost.
